Early Learning Educator | Montessori & Foundation Years Specialist "Every child deserves to be encouraged, understood, and inspired to believe in their own abilities." The early years of a child's education lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. My goal is to create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. My teaching journey has given me the opportunity to work with respected educational institutions, including Roots International Montessori and The Educators, where I gained valuable experience working with young learners and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. These experiences helped me develop a child-centered teaching approach that focuses on building confidence, curiosity, communication skills, and a genuine love for learning. I also served as a Lab Engineer and Teaching Support Instructor at Wah Engineering College, where I mentored students, assisted in lesson delivery, supervised practical learning activities, and provided individualized academic support. This experience strengthened my communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills, which I continue to apply in my teaching today. My aim is not only to teach academic concepts but also to help children become confident, curious, and happy learners. I value strong partnerships with parents and believe that open communication and regular feedback are essential to a child's success.
